The Employer takes issue in part with an Order of Dismissal entered by the Administrative Judge on March 29, 2005.(fn1) I. In the Order of Dismissal, the Administrative Judge ultimately concluded that the Mississippi Workers' Compensation Commission had no jurisdiction over this claim, and dismissed it accordingly. The Judge, however, also made a determination on one of the issues raised by the Claimant. Specifically, the Judge found that a surgical procedure already provided to the Claimant pursuant to the terms of a consent order approved by the State Board of Workers' Compensation for the State of Georgia was "reasonable and necessary" under the Mississippi Workers' Compensation...
