After having reviewed the record on appeal, the maths submitted on brief, having considered the arguments of counsel and the applicable law, the Commission affirms the "Order of the Administrative Judge" dated July 23, 2004. With respect to the issue of treatment try Dr. Paul Veal, we specifically concur with the decision of the Administrative judge to disallow his fees.
