Grant, Attorney at Law, Jackson, Mississippi FULL COMMISSION ORDER The above captioned cause came on to be heard before the Mississippi Workers' Compensation Commission on the "Employer and Carrier's Petition, for Review of Decision of Administrative Judge". After the hearing, held on the 5øh day of December, 2005 in Hearing Room C of the Mississippi Workers' Compensation Commission building in Jackson, Mississippi, the Commissioners considered the record on appeal, the arguments and briefs of counsel, and the applicable law and determined that the Order of the Administrative Judge should be AMENDED. In short, we acknowledge that this is an admittedly compensable injury which occurred to the claimant on November 15, 2002, and although we concur with the Administrative Judge's findings of facts and review of the medical evidence, we do not find that the evidence before us is sufficient to warrant a finding of permanent total disability. In other words, while we concur with the Administrative Judge's decision as contained in paragraphs one (1) through five (5) of her order of April 27, 2005, we must amend her ultimate conclusion. While adopting as our own her findings one (1) through five (5), we substitute our own paragraph six (6) as follows:
6. As to permanent disability, we find that the claimant is entitled to 87.5 weeks of permanent partial disability, representing a 50% loss of industrial use to the claimant's left lower extremity. We believe this finding is
