Claimant cited K.S.A. 44-714 to preclude the admission of the document and the deposition of the Texas Human Resources employee. The Administrative Law Judge cited the language of K.S.A. 44-714(f) and allowed the record relating to the unemployment compensation proceeding to be admitted into evidence in the current workers compensation action.
