No. 4-237-085FINAL ORDER This matter is before us pursuant to a Joint Motion to Dismiss filed by the claimant and the respondents. We dismiss the claimant's petition to review. On March 24, 1998, Administrative Law Judge Wheelock (ALJ), entered an order concerning the claimant's entitlement to future medical benefits under Grover v. Industrial Commission, 759 P.2d 705 (Colo. 1988). The claimant filed a timely petition to review, and argued that the ALJ's order unduly restricted the award of Grover benefits. On December 1, 1998, counsel for the claimant and counsel for respondents filed the Joint Motion to Dismiss. The motion represents that, subsequent to transmittal of the matter to us, the respondents filed a final admission to pay "Grover meds." Further, the parties agree that they have entered into a "more detailed stipulation with regard to [the issue of Grover meds] mooting the Claimant's petition." Consequently, the parties request that the petition to review be dismissed and the matter be remanded to the "Division of Workers' Compensation for approval of the stipulation."
