No. 4-238-978ORDER This matter is before us pursuant to the opinion of the Court of Appeals dated October 29, 1998. The court issued its mandate on November 20, 1998. In its opinion, the court held that we properly excluded the value of the claimant's vacation and sick leave when calculating the claimant's average weekly wage. However, the court went on to hold that the matter should be remanded to the Administrative Law Judge (ALJ) for calculation of the average weekly wage without regard to the employer's contribution to the claimant's pension plan.
