No. 4-318-675FINAL ORDER This matter is before us pursuant to the claimant's Motion to Withdraw Petition to Review. We dismiss the petition to review with prejudice. The Administrative Law Judge (ALJ) entered an order dated January 16, 1998, denying and dismissing the claim for medical benefits. The claimant filed a timely petition to review. On July 13, 1998, we received the claimant's Motion to Withdraw Petition to Review. The motion states that the parties have reached a full and final settlement. A copy of the settlement agreement is attached to the motion, together with an order approving the settlement. Under these circumstances, the claimant's motion should be granted. IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the claimant's Motion to Withdraw Petition to Review is granted, and the claimant's petition to review the ALJ's order dated January 16, 1998, is dismissed with prejudice.
