Colorado Workers Compensation 1998. 4-365-779 (1998). LAURA LOPEZ INDUSTRIAL CLAIM APPEALS OFFICEIN THE MATTER OF THE CLAIM OF LAURA LOPEZ Claimant, v. VALLEY VIEW HOSPITAL, Employer, and COLORADO HOSPITAL ASSOCIATION TRUST, Insurer, Respondents.W. C. No. 4-365-779ORDER The respondents seek review of an order of Administrative Law Judge Martinez (ALJ), which determined that the claimant sustained a compensable injury. We dismiss the petition to review without prejudice. The pro se claimant filed an application for hearing seeking an award of medical and temporary total disability benefits. At the hearing, the claimant testified that she desired compensation for her "out of pocket" medical expenses. (Tr. p. 15). Further, the claimant testified that she lost time from work due to the injury and sought temporary disability benefits. However, the issue of the claimant's average weekly was reserved for post-hearing negotiation. (Tr. pp. 13-14). In his order, the ALJ determined that the claimant sustained a compensable injury and ordered the respondents to provide "medical care and disability compensation to the claimant in accordance with the Colorado Workers' Compensation Act."
