Pursuant to that agreement, in consideration of the payment of a stated sum, claimant releases certain rights to future workers' compensation benefits, except medical services, for his compensable injury. The Board approved the parties' CDA on December 10, 2001. On March 7, 2002, the Board received a proposed addendum from the parties. We treat this submission as a motion for reconsideration of the approved CDA. Based on the following reasoning, the request is denied.
