Pursuant to that agreement, in consideration of the payment of a stated sum, claimant releases certain rights to future workers' compensation benefits, except medical services, for his compensable injury. We approve the proposed disposition. The first page of the CDA lists the total due claimant is $1,800 and the total due claimant's attorney is $600, which equals a total consideration in the amount of $2,400. In addition, the agreement provides: "Said amount [due claimant] is subject to the State of Oregon, Department of Justice, Division of Child Support Administrative Order to Withhold Workers' Compensation Benefits, Account No. WC065AO6093E41, in accordance with ORS 656.234(2)(b) and 25.378."
