Pursuant to the court's January 4, 2002 order, we have been directed to consider the parties' proposed settlement. The parties have submitted a proposed "Disputed Claim Settlement" that is designed to resolve all issues raised or raisable between them. Pursuant to the settlement, the parties agree that the denial issued "shall forever remain in full force and effect." Claimant further agrees to withdraw his Request for Hearing. We approve the settlement, thereby fully and finally resolving the parties' dispute, in lieu of all prior orders.1 Accordingly, this matter is dismissed with prejudice. IT IS SO ORDERED. Entered at Salem, Oregon on January 22, 20021 The settlement does not include a list of medical service providers who shall receive reimbursement in accordance with ORS 656.313(4). See ORS 438-009-0010(2)(g). Instead, a provision in the parties' settlement states that there are no outstanding medical bills as of the date the settlement terms were agreed upon.
