Pursuant to that agreement, in consideration of the payment of a stated sum, claimant released certain rights to future workers' compensation benefits, except medical services, for her compensable injury. On November 28, 2003, the Board received a proposed addendum from the parties. We treat this submission as a motion for reconsideration of the approved CDA.
