Oregon Workers Compensation 2003. 55 Van Natta 4225 (2003). VERONICA VELAZQUEZ, Claimant 4225In the Matter of the Compensation ofVERONICA VELAZQUEZ, ClaimantWCB Case No. 03-01844ORDER OF DISMISSALThomas J Dzieman, Claimant Attorneys Johnson Nyburg and Andersen, Defense AttorneysReviewing Panel: Members Langer and Kasubhai.Claimant requests review of Administrative Law Judge Martha Brown's order that: (1) determined that her claim was not prematurely closed; and (2) declined to remand to the Department for a medical arbiter's examination. In her briefs, claimant argues that the ALJ's order is "void" for lack of notice of appeal rights. On review, the issues are premature claim closure, remand and the validity of the ALJ's order. We dismiss the request for review for lack of appellate jurisdiction and return this matter to the ALJ. FINDINGS OF FACT We adopt the ALJ's "Findings of Fact."
