Pursuant to that agreement, in consideration of the payment of a stated sum, claimant releases certain rights to future workers' compensation benefits, except medical services, for her compensable injury. We approve the proposed disposition. The "summary page" of the agreement provides that claimant shall receive $6,735, with claimant's attorney receiving $2,1251. This would equal a total consideration of $8,860. However, the "summary page" and page 2, paragraph 13 of the agreement recites that the "consideration" is $8,500. Furthermore, consistent with the "summary page," page 2, paragraph 14 provides that the total due claimant's attorney is $2,125. After...
