          ERRATUM           Rachel S. Gilbert, Chairman.          In the Findings of Fact, Conclusions of Law, and Order filed December 10, 1998, Paragraph 8, p. 5 reads:
Claimant did complete a Form I, filed on March 17, 1996, for bilateral carpal tunnel, naming the Department of Corrections as the employer. This report indicates his hands would fall asleep after use of hand tools. Claimant testified he wrote "hands" only because at the time he filled out the form in 1996, he was experiencing symptoms bilaterally. The claim was denied as not being compensable due to the fact that Claimant was not an employee of the Department of Corrections. or early winter 1995.
         Due to an inadvertent error, the paragraph should be changed to read:
Claimant did complete a Form I, filed on March 17, 1996, for bilateral carpal tunnel,
