          Representing the Claimant: Steven H. Funderburg, Esquire           Representing the Employer: Suzanne C. Hudson, Esquire           INDEPENDENT MEDICAL EVALUATION ORDER           ALAN C. GOODMAN ADMINISTRATIVE JUDGE.          Claimant filed a Motion to Compel Independent Medical Evaluation and a response was filed. The matter was heard on October 25,2019. After hearing arguments of counsel and reviewing the medical records on file, I find that Claimant should undergo a comprehensive evaluation of his condition by Dr. Edwin Dodd, Pain Management, Jackson Pain Center, 1151 North State Street, Ste. 311-A, Jackson, MS 39202, (601) 355-7246; (Attn: Julie). The physician is asked to examine Claimant thoroughly in order to advise the Commission as follows:
(1) What is the Claimant's current condition related to her 2011 diagnosis of myofascial pain syndrome;
(2) Please state whether this medical condition was caused by, contributed to, or aggravated by Claimant's alleged injury on October 2,2002, while in the course and scope of his employment with the Employer named herein;
(3) What medical treatment is reasonable and necessary for Claimant's diagnosis of myofascial pain syndrome; and
(4) Does Claimant have any physical restrictions related to the diagnosis of myofascial pain syndrome?
         IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED:
1. That the Employer furnish and pay for a thorough examination and evaluation of Claimant by the physician at the earliest date and time convenient to all parties, including any and all diagnostic studies and tests deemed necessary by the physician.
2. That the physician may consider this Order proper authority to consult with other physicians or medical providers, where such consultations are necessary to provide a thorough evaluation of Claimant's condition.
