Plaintiff, who is not represented by counsel, initially failed to appear, and the Court had a call placed and was able to reach her for the hearing.          As background, defendant had filed a Motion to Compel Plaintiffs Discovery Responses, which the Court granted on November 25, 2020. Plaintiff failed to comply with the Court's Order, and defendant filed a Motion to Dismiss, which was heard on February 19, 2021.
