MARTIN, JUDGE.          THIS MATTER came before the Court on the 10th day of March, 2021, on Defendant's Motion to Dismiss with Prejudice. Defendant was represented by Jenna Christensen. Plaintiff, who is not represented by counsel, initially failed to appear, and the Court had a call placed and was able to reach her for the hearing.          As background, defendant had filed a Motion to Compel Plaintiffs Discovery Responses, which the Court granted on November 25, 2020. Plaintiff failed to comply with the Court's Order, and defendant filed a Motion to Dismiss, which was heard on February 19, 2021.
