WORKERS' COMPENSATION COURT APPELLATE DIVISION ORDER OF REMAND OF THE APPELLATE DIVISION PER CURIAM.This case was scheduled for hearing before the Appellate Division on May 14, 1993 for oral argument pursuant to an order which had directed both parties to appear and show cause why the appeal should not be summarily disposed of. Both parties presented argument in this matter. After a review of the record, we find that there is an inconsistency in the transcript concerning whether videotapes which were offered on behalf of the petitioner/employer were admitted into evidence as full exhibits, or for identification purposes only. A review of the testimony of February 20, 1990 on page 31 of the transcript reveals that the videotapes were marked for identification purposes; however, a review of the testimony of May 16, 1990 on page 54 of the transcript reveals that the trial judge was of the opinion that the videotapes had been admitted as full exhibits.
