After review of the record, and hearing the arguments of counsel and examining the memoranda filed by the parties, the employer's appeal is denied. This matter was heard below on the Employee's Petition to Review seeking reimbursement for payment of medical services rendered to the employee, and for which the employee paid in the amount of $5,010.00. The employer contends that the employee's claim for reimbursement of medical service costs is unenforceable pursuant to R.I.G.L. Section 28-33-8A. R.I.G.L.
