WORKERS' COMPENSATION COURT APPELLATE DIVISION ORDER OF THE APPELLATE DIVISION PER CURIAM.This case came before a hearing panel of this court on April 15, 1992 for oral argument pursuant to an order which had directed both parties to appear and show cause why the employee's appeal should not be summarily disposed of. After review of the record, and hearing the arguments of counsel and examining the memoranda filed by the parties, cause has not been shown. This was the employee's petition to amend an agreement to include a back injury with other documented injuries. His medical evidence was rejected by the trial court as not being probative to reasonable degrees of medical certainty. From our review of the record, we concur and find no error of law in such ruling. The petitioner's further contention on appeal that his back problems were caused by chiropractic manipulations administered as part of his treatment for the documented neck and right arm injuries is without merit.
