ORS 416.830 - Acceptance and disbursement of gifts for public assistance

The Department of Human Services may accept from persons, corporations and organizations contributions or gifts in cash or otherwise that shall be disbursed in the same manner as moneys appropriated for public assistance purposes, unless the donor of a gift stipulates a different manner in which a gift shall be expended.
