IC 27-8-30-1 "Accident and Sickness Insurance Policy" Defined

As used in this chapter, "accident and sickness insurance policy" means a policy that:
(1) provides the kinds of coverage described in Class 1(b) or Class 2(a) of IC 27-1-5-1; and
