All acknowledgments of written instruments made and certified in the manner and form in general use in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania prior to the effective date of the act, approved the twenty-fourth day of July, one thousand nine hundred forty-one (Pamphlet Laws 490) , are hereby validated. All such instruments in writing so acknowledged and certified, may be offered in evidence without further proof.
