§ 90. Acquisition of foreign territory; rights and privileges of inhabitants of acquired territory

In the event of the annexation of any foreign territory to this state, the legislature shall enact laws extending to the inhabitants of the acquired territory all the rights and privileges which may be required by the terms of acquisition not inconsistent with this Constitution.
