To alter, rearrange, and extend the boundary lines6

and corporate limits of the City of Cullman in Cullman County.7

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF ALABAMA:8

Section 1. The boundary lines and corporate limits9

of the City of Cullman in Cullman County are altered,10

rearranged, and extended to include within the corporate11

limits of the municipality, in addition to the lands now12

included, all of the following territory:13

TRACT 114

Begin on the West line of the Northwest Quarter of15

the Southeast Quarter of Section 27, Township 9 South, Range 316

West, at a point 275 feet North along the half-section line to17

the Northwest corner of said Quarter section; thence East18

along the half-section line 65 feet; thence Southwardly along19

an irregular line, 25 feet outside the proposed water line,20

whose location is determined by the contour line having an21

elevation of 807.4 feet above sea level, to the point of22

beginning as shown by the map recorded in Plat Book 2 at page23

66 of the records in the office of the Judge of Probate of24

Cullman County, Alabama.25
