ENROLLED, An Act,

To alter or rearrange the boundary lines and

3

corporate limits of the City of Spanish Fort in Baldwin

4

County, Alabama, so as to include within the corporate limits

5

of said City all territory now within the corporate limits of

6

said City and also certain other territory to the exclusion of

7

all other municipalities.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF ALABAMA:

Section 1. The boundary lines and corporate limits

10

of the City of Spanish Fort in Baldwin County, Alabama, be,

11

and the same are hereby altered, extended, rearranged and

12

redefined so as to include within the corporate limits of the

13

City of Spanish Fort, to the exclusion of all other

14

municipalities, all of the territory presently contained

15

within the corporate limits and boundaries of the City and the

16

following described territory, to-wit:

COMMENCE AT THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF SECTION 21,

18

TOWNSHIP 4 SOUTH, RANGE 2 EAST, ST. STEPHEN'S MERIDIAN FOR A

19

POINT OF BEGINNING OF THE LANDS HEREIN DESCRIBED; AND RUN

20

THENCE EAST, ALONG THE SOUTH BOUNDARY OF SAID SECTION 21, A

21

DISTANCE OF 1,320 FEET, MORE OR LESS, TO THE SOUTHWEST CORNER

22

OF LOT 15, WAKEFIELD SUBDIVISION, UNIT IV, AS SHOWN BY MAP OR

23

PLAT THEREOF RECORDED AT SLIDE FILE 2040-E, PROBATE RECORDS,

24

BALDWIN COUNTY, ALABAMA; THENCE RUN NORTH, ALONG THE WEST

25
