QUESTION What effect does this personnel policy have as to the payment or non- payment of accumulated sick leave based upon the policy and the amendments as I have set out in this letter? FACTS AND ANALYSIS It appears from the statement of facts set forth in your letter that the county commission on August 22, 1995, voted to rescind the January 3, 1989, amendment to the county's personnel policy on sick leave, thus reinstating the policies in existence prior to the January 3, 1989, amendment.
