(a) A person commits the crime of bait advertising if in any manner, including advertising or other means of communication to the public or to a sub...
(1) At the price at which he offered them; or
(2) In a quantity sufficient to meet the reasonably expected public demand, unless the advertisement discloses a limitation of quantity; or
