The production costs shall be paid monthly to the Department of Corrections by the Alabama Sports Foundation, and the foundation shall be provided with a monthly report detailing revenue by county from the Alabama state Comptroller. Proceeds from the additional revenues generated by the twenty-five dollars ($25) for the "Olympic Spirit" tags or plates, less administrative costs, shall be submitted monthly by the Alabama state Comptroller, to the Alabama Sports Foundation ...
