It shall be unlawful to have in possession or use for the taking of saltwater fish or other seafoods seines, nets or trawls with a mesh of a size other than that prescribed by the rules and regulations of the Department of Conservation and Natural Resources of the State of Alabama, where practical, to conform with Louisiana, Mississippi and Florida laws.
