STEWART, ADMINISTRATIVE LAW JUDGE.          This case comes on for review following a hearing on respondent’s Motion to Dismiss.          On August 16, 2016, claimant filed Form AR-C with every possible benefit box checked. On January 17, 2018, a hearing was conducted on claimant’s request for additional medical treatment. By opinion dated February 5, 2018, claimant was awarded additional medical benefits. Since that time, the claimant has failed to pursue a hearing with respect to any other compensation benefits checked on Form AR-C. As a result, respondent filed a motion to dismiss this claim pursuant to A.C.A. §11-9-702(d) on September 21, 2018. A hearing was scheduled on respondent’s Motion to Dismiss for January 9, 2019.
