Except for N.J.S. 17B:25-3, 17B:25-8, 17B:25-9, 17B:25-13, 17B:25-19 and 17B:27-11, in the case of a variable life insurance policy and except as otherwise provided in this act, all pertinent provisions of Title 17B of the New Jersey Statutes shall apply to separate accounts and contracts relating thereto.
