2020, pursuant to a Motion to Dismiss filed herein by the
Respondent. Notice of the scheduled hearing was provided to

in the file of the Commission. The Claimant failed to appear
at the scheduled hearing.

Baker, the Claimant, with a date of birth of February 21,
1970, commenced his employment with the Respondent-Employer
in March 5, 2007. The Claimant asserts that on September 9,
2013, while within the course and scope of his employment, he
suffered an accidental injury to his right wrist while
swinging a sledge hammer. As a consequence of the accident,
the Claimant filed a Claim for Compensation, Form AR-C, dated
December 3, 2013, in which he sought additional medical
expenses and mileage.
