Webb, Chief Administrative Law Judge.          STATEMENT OF THE CASE          A hearing was conducted in the above-styled claim on July 21, 2020, pursuant to a Motion to Dismiss filed herein by the Respondent. Notice of the scheduled hearing was provided to the parties by Certified Mail – Return Receipt Requested, as well as First-Class Mail. The notice was forwarded to the last known address of the Claimant contained in the file of the Commission. The Claimant failed to appear at the scheduled hearing.          In addition to the Respondents’ Motion to Dismiss and Brief in Support of the Motion, the record consists of “Respondents’ Exhibit No. 1” and the Commission’s entire claim file by reference.          DISCUSSION          Dale A. Baker, the Claimant, with a date of birth of February 21, 1970, commenced his employment with the Respondent-Employer in March 5, 2007. The Claimant asserts that on September 9, 2013, while within the course and scope of his employment, he suffered an accidental injury to his right wrist while swinging a sledge hammer. As a consequence of the accident, the Claimant filed a Claim for Compensation, Form AR-C, dated December 3, 2013, in which he sought additional medical expenses and mileage.          The record reflects the presence of a Workers’ Compensation – First Report of Injury or Illness, Form 1A-1, which was prepared by the Respondents on December 5, 2013.
