We represent the Town of Sunflower, a small town in Sunflower County, which is the recipient of a three year on-going $3, 000, 000.00 grant of the Department of Housing and Urban Development. As a part of the community development program under the grant, the town has acquired certain property adjacent to, but outside, its corporate limits.
