Blood, Chief Administrative Law Judge.          STATEMENT OF THE CASE          A hearing was conducted on May 10, 2019, in the above-styled claim on the Motion to Dismiss for Failure to Prosecute filed herein by the respondents. Notice of the scheduled hearing in this matter was appropriately provided to the claimant, Certified Mail – Returned Receipt Requested. At the designated hour, the docket was sounded, and the claimant failed to appear.          The Motion to Dismiss, coupled with the file of the Arkansas Workers’ Compensation Commission, by reference, comprise the record in this claim.          DISCUSSION          Keon Bell, the claimant, with a date of birth of August 20, 1984, commenced his employment with respondent-employer on August 9, 2018. The claimant maintains that he sustained an injury to his back on September 4, 2018, while lifting bricks within the course and scope of his employment. The claimant last worked on September 4, 2018, and notified respondent-employer of the injury on September 5, 2018.          The evidence in the record reflects that respondents filed with the Arkansas Workers’ Compensation Commission on September 10, 2018, a Workers’ Compensation – First Report of Injury or Illness, Form 1A-1, regarding the claimant’s claim. The First Report of Injury document reflects that medical treatment had been provided to the claimant by Dr. Lack. On September 10, 2018, respondents filed an Employer’s Intent to Accept or Controvert Claim, Form AR-2, with the Arkansas Workers’...
