OPINION
MICHAEL HECK, MAGISTRATE JUDGE.
CLAIM
There
are multiple injury dates alleged against the above
Defendants. The issue before me is whether Plaintiff’s
employment with the above Defendants caused, aggravated or
contributed to Plaintiff’s current back conditions.
Stipulations were taken for all alleged dates of injuries.
The Defendants deny that Plaintiff suffered a personal injury
during their employment. The other stipulations are not
relevant to this decision.

Summary
of Plaintiff’s Testimony
Nathan
Blatt testified that he has had back complaints since 1995
when he was involved in a very significant a motor vehicle
accident. He broke his collarbone, had knee problems and
injured his back. In 2018 Plaintiff fell off his roof
aggravating his back complaints. Plaintiff also had motor
vehicle accidents resulting in more back injuries in late
2010 and 2015. None of the motor vehicle accidents occurred
during employment.
