          ORDER SUSTAINING DEFENDANTS' MOTION FOR TRIAL CONTINUANCE           John R. Hoffert, JUDGE          This matter is before the Court upon defendants' Motion for Trial Continuance.          Counsel for the parties appeared by telephone.          In support of their motion, the defendants offered Exhibits 11 through 13 into evidence. The plaintiff voiced no objection to the receipt of the tendered materials. Consequently, the Court received defendants' Exhibits 11 through 13 into evidence for purposes of the pending motion only.          The plaintiff, in turn, offered no exhibits of his own but did request that the Court take judicial notice of Plaintiff's Pre-Trial Compliance (Third) filed with the Court on April 27, 2017. The defendants did not resist plaintiff's request. Therefore, the Court took judicial notice of the recent filing of the plaintiff.          Argument of counsel was presented. The Court, having reviewed the exhibits received into evidence; having taken the requested judicial notice; and, being otherwise fully advised in the premises finds as follows.          It appears from the presentation of counsel as well as the exhibits that both parties are apparently awaiting a report(s) from the court-appointed vocational rehabilitation counselor, Ms. Paulette Freeman.
