A copy of the proof of approval of the bylaws and plan of risk management issued by the Commissioner of Insurance pursuant to section 6 of P.L. 1983, c.372 (C.40A:10-41) shall be filed in the Office of the Secretary of State, the Director of the Division of Local Government Services, and the Commissioner of Insurance.
