Cavel, JUDGE          This matter came before the Court for a pretrial conference on September 14, 2007. The parties appeared through counsel. The parties had previously provided to the Court a joint pretrial conference memorandum. On the basis of the conference and the memorandum, the Court finds the trial of this matter should be governed by the following:          I.          The parties have stipulated that on June 19, 2004, Mary Castaneda was employed by Family Housing Advisory Services, Inc. at an average weekly wage of $658 and suffered injury that date by accident arising out of and in the course and scope of her employment. The parties stipulate that the defendants have paid $145,870.70 in medical benefits on behalf of the plaintiff and have paid to the plaintiff 56 5/7 weeks of temporary total disability compensation at the weekly rate of $438.94 and 9 6/7 weeks of permanent disability compensation at the weekly rate of $67.72. The parties stipulate further that the plaintiff reached maximum medical improvement on April 3, 2006. The parties stipulate that the plaintiff has presented unpaid bills to the defendants from Dr. Rios. Finally, the parties have stipulated that The Hartford Insurance Company was the workers’ compensation insurer of Family Housing Advisory Services, Inc. on June 9, 2004.          II. ...
