The board of trustees of any village may by local law, rule, or regulation after a public hearing held on notice, held on notice, establish or revise charges for the use or enjoyment of self-supporting improvement. Such board of trustees shall establish charges for the use or enjoyment of any such improvement for a daily, hourly or single use of such improvement. In addition to such daily, hourly or single use charges, the board of trustees of any such village may establish weekly, seasonal or annual charges for the use or enjoyment of any self-supporting improvement.
