KENNEDY, ADMINISTRATIVE LAW JUDGE          STATEMENT OF THE CASE          A hearing was held in the above styled matter on October 7, 2019, in Conway Arkansas on Respondent’s Motion to Dismiss for failure to prosecute pursuant to Ark. Code Ann. §11-9-702 and Rule 099.13 of the Arkansas Workers’ Compensation Act. The claim involved an injury which occurred on or about March 10, 2017, claiming a work-related injury to the right knee and “other whole body” with the Claimant filing an AR-C Form on or about January 31, 2019, with the Arkansas Workers’ Compensation Commission. The Respondent’s filed an AR-2 Form on February 15, 2019, accepting the claim as medical only. The Claimant’s attorney was allowed to withdraw as counsel by an Order of the Full Commission on August 16, 2019.
