After an unclaimed body has been received by the anatomical board or its duly authorized agent, and has been preserved and stored, the body may be claimed within twenty days after death by relatives, friends, or fraternal or charitable organizations for burial or cremation at the expense of the claimant, and the body shall be surrendered to the claimant without charge of any character.
