          ORDER           CINDY P. WILSON ADMINISTRATIVE JUDGE.          This matter is before this Administrative Judge on Claimant's Motion to Compel Alternate Treating Physician or Independent Medical Examination, and the Employer/Carrier's Response to the same. After considering said Motion and Response, and hearing arguments of counsel in a telephonic Hearing conducted on April 2, 2019, this Administrative Judge finds that Claimant's Motion is not well taken, and the same is hereby denied.          In her motion, Claimant asks the Commission to allow Claimant to receive treatment by an alternate treating physician, return to the Baptist Clinic, or that the Commission order an Independent Medical Examination.          In response to the motion, Employer/Carrier asserts that Claimant readily admits in her Motion that she exercised her statutory choice of physician by electing to see Dr. Robert McGuire. Dr. McGuire's report of August 14, 2018, reflects his opinions that the Claimant had reached Maximum Medical Improvement related to the work injury of September 21, 2017, had no permanent impairment related to the work injury, and needed no additional treatment related to the work injury. ...
