The parties presented a proposed settlement for approval before the Commission on March 18, 2019. The Commission did not approve the settlement at that time due to further information needed. The Claimant's motion seeks "the Commission enter an Order affirming the denial of the settlement." On April 24, 2019, prior to approval of the settlement, the Employer/Carrier sent correspondence to the Commission and opposing counsel withdrawing the settlement offer due to change in circumstances.          Therefore, having considered the motion and the applicable law, we find that the Claimant's motion is denied as moot.
