3.08.2.1

FIREARMDEFINED

A f‌irearm is (A)anyweapon (including a starter gun)

which will or is designed to or may readily be converted to

expel a projectile by the action of an explosive; or (B) the

frame or receiver of any such weapon; or (C) any f‌irearm

muff‌ler or f‌irearm silencer; or (D) any destructive device. A

f‌irearm, however, does not include an antique f‌irearm.
