         Hearing before ADMINISTRATIVE LAW JUDGE ERIC PAUL WELLS in Springdale, Washington County, Arkansas.           Claimant is PRO SE.           Respondents represented by CURTIS L. NEBBEN, Attorney, Fayetteville, Arkansas.           ERIC PAUL WELLS, ADMINISTRATIVE LAW JUDGE.          STATEMENT OF THE CASE          On December 12, 2017, the above captioned claim came on for a hearing on Respondents’ Motion to Dismiss at the Workers’ Compensation Commission in Springdale, Arkansas. On October 26, 2017, Respondents filed a Motion to Dismiss which was introduced into evidence at the hearing and marked as Respondents’ Exhibit 2. On October 30, 2017, a hearing notice was mailed to the parties setting this matter for a hearing on Respondents’ Motion to Dismiss for December 12, 2017. Claimant’s notice was mailed by both certified and regular mail to claimant’s last known address. The notice was delivered and signed by the claimant on November 2, 2017. The certified mail receipt is marked as Commission Exhibit 1.          The Commission noted at the hearing on December 12, 2017 at 10:30 A.M. that claimant was not present. Respondents indicated at the hearing that the claimant filed a Form AR-C on April 24, 2017 with the Commission and at no time has the claimant requested a hearing before the Commission. Respondents indicated that over six months has passed since the filing of the Form AR-C and that the claimant has failed to timely prosecute his claim.          Respondents filed its Motion to Dismiss for want of prosecution...
