Coe, JUDGE          This matter came on for hearing before the Nebraska Workers' Compensation Court on the 8th day of August, 2007, upon the plaintiff’s motion for approval of vocational rehabilitation plan and the defendant’s resistance thereto. The parties appeared, Exhibits 17 through 24 were offered and received, testimony undertaken and the Court, being fully advised in the premises, finds that on November 1, 2006, the Court entered an award granting the plaintiff a workup to determine an appropriate vocational rehabilitation plan. That plan was formulated and is contained in Exhibit 21. The plan is for the plaintiff to obtain an associate degree in computer programming. The new start date for the plan is approximately September 1, 2007, with a conclusion date of September 1, 2009.          The Court has reviewed in detail the various medical records, functional capacity assessment and the vocational rehabilitation workup of the agreed upon vocational rehabilitation expert Paulette Freeman. The Court finds that the plan set forth in Exhibit 21 for the plaintiff to obtain an associate degree in computer programming should be approved. Neb. Rev. Stat. § 48-162.01...
