53 P.S. § 14895 Duties of Officers; Power of Director of Department of Public Health

The chief of the division shall have the management and direction of all matters coming within the jurisdiction of and pertaining to the Division of Housing and Sanitation. He shall provide for the inspection of all properties under the provisions of this act. He shall keep suitable records of inspections, together with all permits and orders, which shall be open to public inspection during business hours.

The Director of the Department of Public Health and Charities may revise or revoke any action of the chief of said division.
