IC 20-24-1-2.5 "Authorizer"

CitationIC 20-24-1-2.5

"Authorizer" means, for a charter school, one (1) of the following:

(1) Subject to IC 20-24-2.2-1.2, a governing body.

(2) A state educational institution that offers a four (4) year baccalaureate degree.

(3) The executive (as defined in IC <codecitation statecd="IN" sessionyear="2021" datatype="S" title="36" catchline=""Executive"">36-1-2-5</codecitation> ) of a consolidated city.</subsect>

(4) The charter board.

(5) Subject to IC 20-24-2.2-1.2, a governing board of a nonprofit college or university that provides a four (4) year educational program for which it awards a baccalaureate or more advanced degree, including the following:

Anderson University

Bethel University

Butler University

Calumet College of St. Joseph

DePauw University
