Reed Martz, Esquire           ORDER ON MOTION           VIRGINIA WILSON MOUNGER ADMINSTRATIVE JUDGE.          This matter was heard telephonically on October 29, 2019, at 10:00 a.m., on Claimant's Emergency Motion to Restart Benefits and Employer/Carrier's Response, and this Administrative Judge, after reviewing the records on file at the Commission and hearing arguments of counsel, finds and orders as follows:
1. On November 17, 2017, claimant sustained a compensable injury at work when he was severely burned and which resulted in disfigurement to his ears, upper extremities and body as a whole. Claimant has not reached maximum medical improvement (MMI). Employer/Carrier were paying claimant temporary total disability benefits but recently suspended same. Claimant has requested that employer/carrier resume paying temporary total disability benefits;
2. On August 19,2019, Dr. William Wilkerson evaluated claimant and diagnosed him with Post Traumatic Stress
